  Great location. Every amenity you could imagine - even more than we have at our house! One complaint would be the master bedroom faces another property across the street, which turns their fountain off at night. A loud motor comes on intermittently, which, ironically, sounds like a bullfrog. Very noisy and irritating when you’re trying to enjoy a quiet tropical vacation. Mentioning this for those who are sensitive to noise. I would recommend earplugs if using that bedroom.

  The condo was a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our time on the island and the condo gave us a great place to relax after all our adventures. The beach gear in the garage was a wonderful addition and made beach days amazing. Kayak Wailua took us on a great paddle trip up the river and hike to the water falls, highly recommend a guided trip with them. Loved zip lining with Kauai Backcountry, would do that again and again. The beaches are amazing. Can't wait for the next trip.

  Loved the house and location. The unit was beautiful with great rooms and with a wonderfully organized kitchen.
  Instructions , support and information from Realty Vacation Rental was perfect. Only one noise issue in the ventilation shaft of the primary bathroom . With the high winds, during our stay, there was a metal, panel probably on the roof or the internal shaft, that came loose and hitting something, making a constant noise during the night. Other that that, everything was perfect. Thank you!

  Excellent property. Best appointed property that we have enjoyed in Hawaii. Management was responsive to our questions. Great location. Beds are comfortable. 3 bedroom, 3 Bath worked very well for our stay with 3 couples. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Garage accommodated our 2 cars. Beach supplies were used (snorkel, chairs, etc.) and appreciated. Surroundings were lush and well kept. Amazing place from which to enjoy Kauai!

The coffee maker was not working properly so a new one was delivered in an appropriate amount of time.   The unit is spacious and well-appointed. Unfortunately, management was dismissive and condescending about the multiple dead cockroaches and dispersed trash we found throughout the unit. The window blinds in our room were broken so we couldn't close them. I felt cheap and taken advantage of after my interaction with management. Sounds like others have had issues as well so I hope the owner will take notice.

    Unfortunately we are not able to offer any compensation on the cleaning fee, the cost is a standard among the industry for a 3 bedroom condo and not out of proportion among other similar rentals. Cleaning fees are the same price whether the stay is one night or ten nights, however the condo still needs a full turnover. We reserve the right to rectify any cleaning issues and were not made aware of the items until 3 days after guests' departure. Cockroaches are an unavoidable nuisance in the tropics and while we do have quarterly maintenance pest control on all of our properties, they are still an occasional reality. We apologize that our housekeeper missed the trash under the bed.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kauai and our stay in our townhouse. The property was beautiful and very well supplied. The only reason I can’t give a phenomenal rating is because the air conditioner broke on our 2nd day and it was very warm for the next 3 nights. However, the management contact was notified and we are supposed to receive a 20% reduction on the 3 nights without A/C.
  It was a nice gesture on their part.

  The vacation rental was great, plenty of space to spread out on the inside and enjoy the beauty surrounding the condo on the outside. I loved the 3 bedrooms/3 baths, my kids had their own space which was perfect. We did not need to purchase all the little items that you need for cooking, the condo had everything needed from the pots and pans,storage containers, sandwich baggies to freezer bags. All you need to do is buy the food. They also had everything you need for the beach, beach chairs, a beach bag and a cooler. I would highly recommend this condo.

  We had a wonderful time at this condo. We have stayed at many vrbo’s over the years and without a doubt this was the best equipped we have ever stayed in. We found everything we could possibly needed to cook our meals every day, Great to have bikes and beach toys. Just one glitch we arrived to find an apartment size fridge to use, the large regular fridge was not working. These things happen but it would have been nice if someone had let us know before we arrived with our very large Costco grocery shop! Very limited freezer space. Hope it gets fixed soon for other guests to enjoy this beautiful home.

  This was our second time staying at this property it was everything and more reviews were great the lanai was very relaxing to drink or a Kona coffee on every morning. The view of the waterfall fountain across the street is very nice and all the amenities in the unit have been well thought out.
