Located in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore, close to beaches, shopping and everything our beautiful island has to offer. Open and inviting floor plan, large kitchen with granite slab counter tops perfect for creating an evening meal full of amazing memories. Hardwood coconut flooring throughout first floor, brings a taste of the islands. Sleeps up to 8 people with two king beds, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the den.   Our experience with this vacation rental was exceptional. The home was very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils to bake and cook with. There was a nice welcome gift waiting for us when we got there. The check in and check out process was easy and quick. Customer service was very good. They were in contact with us by email/text throughout the trip. Easy access to a store. Woke up to birds and roosters every morning. Other than that, it was very quiet. Beautiful pool and hot tub that our kids loved. We also LOVED the extras that were provided - boogie boards, beach towels, swim noodles, sand buckets, beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment. We would highly recommend this property and would give it more than five stars if we could.

  Large 3 bedroom with updated decor. Lots of beach gear!! Including surfboards. 2 car garage. Great pool, hot tub, grilling area. The bad: Living room sparsely furnished, ****** knives, no condiments, twin beds in room are small (for kids), garage opener failed and had to wait 3 days before someone came to repair. Not enough furniture in outdoor spaces.

  The condo was clean and well equipped to host our extended family of 7( 5 adults, 2 kids). The pool access was a plus and was on par with a resort pool. The condo itself sits on a block of 3 Condos but the walls that are shared(at least for this condo) are smartly not connected to living spaces. Overall really great place to stay.

  The location is incredible. Very close to anything that you need in Princeville. Great accommodations and very clean. The management team was quickly responsive to our requests. Also there are plenty of beach accessories ( chairs, coolers, surfboards etc) for whatever you have planned in the area. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and would definitely return should we make our way back to Kauai!

  We have stayed in 3-A at least 8+ times. Though it is a great condo, the care/attention to the condo by the owners has not been stellar. We do all of our cooking/eating in the condo, but all of the food storage containers are the ones we purchased 5-6 trips ago and only half of what we purchased and chipped ones remain. A simple trip to Costco would make it better experience and they are inexpensive. We did get some from Costco, but elected to donate the containers after the trip instead of leaving as not our responsibility. Sharper knives (still the same scissors we bought a few years back so we bought some to use), only 1 kitchen towel, VERY limited cleaning supplies to clean the counters, etc. You can't turn the A/C below 72 even though the sign above the thermostat says you can turn to 70. I understand the cost of electricity is high on the island. Simple way to handle it is to charge me more; I would gladly pay it to be comfortable. It was glorious to see the owners replaced the couch on the main floor and now have a garage door opener again (used to have to use the pad outside the garage door). Don't get me wrong, we will rent again, but since we are frequent guests we notice what improves and what doesn't and what would make for a better experience for other guests. We golf everyday at Makai so location is key. This is primarily a rental with guest turnover often, and I respect that, but invest a little to make the experience better. Go through, make sure the kitchen is stocked for easy cooking. If you want to know what a kitchen should have, go nextdoor to 3-B at Nihilani (we stayed there to try something new) and though we like the layout of 3-A better, 3-B is stocked from kitchen to furniture MUCH better and the owners of 3-A would do well investing to modernize and update the pots, pans, knives, placemats, towels, cleaning supplies, new mattress on the bed in the master, etc. Will I rent again? Of course I will, I just know what I need to supply myself.

  This condo was very comfortable for 5 adults and the beds were very comfortable as well. We enjoyed coffee in the patio every morning which was a nice way to start our day. The condo location in Princeville is in a very quiet area with shopping and a number of good restaurants within a short drive. Truly was a great place to stay.

  This was the perfect condo for us when we came to Kauai for our sons wedding. It was very clean and well maintained, had AC, a big plus for us, and plenty of space. The addition of some beach toys in the garage was awesome, Boogie boards etc. We would definitely stay again.

  This condo was exactly as described and we quickly felt at home. We are a family of five adults and two children, 6 and 8 years old. There is a Foodland grocery, fuel, and a few restaurants/shops right up the street. We spent most of our time out of the condo, but it was nice to come home after a long day to to fix dinner and get ready for the next day's adventure.
  
  They had everything we needed...beach chairs/towels, toys, boogie boards, surf boards (couldn't transport them, though)...ample kitchen appliances, salt/pepper/spices, and utensils...and Mahalo for the welcome gifts. The only negatives were dull kitchen knives and one of the bedroom ceilng fans didn't work, but those are super minor complaints.
  
  We walked to Queen's Bath with no problem because parking there was difficult. O'Haena state park was beautiful, but get reservations ahead of time. Hanalei was the best close beach to drive to. Anini beach was close too, but drive past the campground.

  Great condo. You get what you expect in a rental. Good location. Not a great spot if you want to bring kids as it is a "quiet environment" condo, but I don't bring kids so it works perfect for me!! Could use some new furniture and better pans, but it is a rental and I will return again.

  We were so in love with the space of our rental it was cozy. It was beautiful and we especially loved the kitchen. Right when we walked in on the first day we had a really cool gift waiting for us on the counter in the kitchen. Overall we would rent this place again.

  This was a great condo that accomodated our large group. We arrived late at night and it was nice to have air conditioning upon arrival. This rental had everything including a cute little welcoming gift of chocolates, cookies and couple of other items. The pool was smaller but very pretty and served our needs just fine. Recommending if you rent a larger rig, park around the corner, not in the garage driveway area. We seemed confused as to where the front door was.
