  Management was very friendly and helpful Stephanie was awesome! A++++. Our party was a little disappointment at the cleanliness of the condo. But we made quick work of that. A few in our group cleaned the kitchen and floors as well as the couch and outdoor furniture. We washed all the covers for seating, as we didn't feel comfortable sitting on the furniture with the stains and grime. The mid stay cleaning was ok but I think our cleaning overshadowed it. The master bedroom bed needs replaced. We had to flip the bed over and use the foam topper to get some kind of sleep. The Pool area was very nice close to our condo. Of course the island fun was the best!

  We had an absolutely fabulous stay! The rental unit was exactly as described and spotless! We comfortably had 2 families living there and found the layout to be ideal. Location is great as it’s super close to Poipu beach park and many other great spots on the south shore. Communication was easy and clear. The only 2 things that weren’t perfect but didn’t really matter were we found the king beds to be not very comfortable and the kitchen has no spices besides salt and pepper. It would be nice if a unit that had such a nice kitchen was a little more stocked in that department as we did a ton of cooking.

  This condo was great! Perfect location steps from the pool and a super short drive to Poipu beach and shopping and all the sights on the south and west part of the island. The condo had tons of space. Some of the furniture in the joint use spaces was getting run down - quite stained and dirty but overall was nice. The property management company was awesome to deal with - text reminders and they were there to help if needed.

  A beautiful and well-appointed rental. Plenty of room to spread out after long days adventuring. We were a group of four adults and four preteens and it was wonderful to have the kids hang out upstairs and the adults downstairs. Loved being close to the pool and was pleased to find plenty of beach chairs to use. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Our place of stay was perfect for 8 adults- we had plenty of room to move around and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and having wonderful dinners all together. The location was fabulous as it was right near the pool, hottub and fitness center and less than a mile from the nearby shops and best local coffee place.

  This condo was great for our family. We had a master suite and so did my son and daughter in law so the adults each had their own space with lots of room and bathrooms were very spacious,as well as the closets.The best part for us was the upstairs our 4 grandchildren had their own beds and bathroom. A nice desk area in the hall between the bedrooms gave them an extra spot for things as well.
  Kitchen is very large so nice for bigger groups. Stocked very well with most things you need for cooking. There are no spices or anything like that, only oil,salt and pepper. I always pack mine own so that wasn't a problem. They could stand to have one more set of silverware and more ice cube trays. I bought some and left there.Only one boogie board had a strap but I didn't think to call and ask at first but when the one board got a crack I called and they brought a new one right over. There were only 2 dish towels and again I should have just called and asked for more. They are very helpfull and accommodating.We were there for 12 days so they came mid week and cleaned, changed all the bedding and gave us fresh linens..that was really nice to have.
  The complex is very nice, pretty quiet and just steps to the pool and BBQ.
  We would definitely recommend this to future guests.

  This unit was perfect for our extended family. We had 8 people stay for 9 nights and had a great time. There were a few maintenance issues but they were addressed promptly. The location just can't be beat and the unit is very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen as well as towels and beach paraphernalia. The beach chairs were MUCH appreciated. The grandkids loved how close the unit was to the pool. We did wish that the pool was kept a bit warmer - it was quite cold. Poipu Beach is just a 5 minute drive from this unit. All and all, we'd stay here for vacation again!

  This property is very central you are walking distance from everything if you like to walk. If you don't mind driving everything is 5 minutes away from Pili Mai. I absolutely love this community, the units are very spacious and well equipped. Nice place to relax after a long day of activities.

  Our stay at Pila Mae was wonderful! The property was well stocked with all basic supplies & instructions. We used the pool, gym, and sand toys provided for the beach. It was clean and comfortable.   This was our first trip to Hawaii, and won't be our last. We traveled with a group and were looking for something to accommodate all us in one space. This property was perfect for us according to the pictures, and it exceeded expectations upon arrival. Super clean, very roomy, and a kitchen with all the dishes you will need to save money and cook. The place even had extras like a pack n play for my nephew to use (a nice surprise). The owners provided us with chairs and beach items in the garage, which made beach days super relaxing and fun. Highly recommend this property to anyone coming to visit.

  The house was very nicely maintained, in a great neighborhood and great amenities.
  
  Pros: Vacation rental company maintained the house very well. They thought of little things like hair dryers in each bathroom, tissues, even zip lock bags to use. Left a nice box of chocolates and cookies as a welcome gift. Very nice touch! Balcony was a nice place to relax. We (kids too) used the pool and hot tub - right across from the house. Nice and quiet!
  
  Cons - the code didn't work when we got there. So they gave us the spare key. The central AC also did not work. That was an issue as we had elderly parents with us. The vacation rental company seemed to take a very laissez-faire attitude - blamed everything on the "laid back island" rather than simply apologize and address quickly. The repair guy came 3-4pm the next day and decided it was a part he needed to replace (but too late in the day to get it). So he came back late afternoon the next day and realized it was the actual compressor so ordered it. But again, late in the day. In the meantime, no one called us the 2nd time to let us know he even came. I found out when I called. And then I asked if they could provide fans or better, window unit air conditioners for the bedroom. They did so the next day, which was great. Just wish it wasn't us constantly suggesting things instead of the vacation rental company proactively getting window units on day 1. The air compressor came and was installed on day 4 or 5 (basically got 2 nights worth of AC out of 6). The repairman and the handyman were great-very good at what they did. And last con - there was a smoker on the floor below us so we couldn't open the window in one of the master bedrooms even with the AC out because the constant smoke in the air. The vacation rental company didn't do anything about that and couldn't even tell if it was illegal either by law or by condo regulations. So my 14 yr old looked it up in under 2 min - it is illeg

  The condo was beautiful and very clean. Fully stocked with the essentials such as toilet paper. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. We loved how close it was to the pool. Loved going in the pool after a day out exploring or going to the beach. The hot tub was a nice bonus as well. The area was very quiet and relaxing and just a short walk to Poipu shopping village where you can find restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo and we have stayed in many over the years. I loved how you could just check in and check out without any fuss. I loved that we didn’t have to spend hours on check out day doing laundry like the bedding or towels that other rentals have made us do in the past. Mahalo for sharing this condo with us!
