  We love the town of Koloa and Pili Mai Condos were a great place to stay. The property is very clean and and well cared for. There are lots grocery stores, local food spots and food trucks close (drive) by. Location was also great for exploring the rest of the island.
  The condo we stayed in Pili Mai 8J was beautiful Three bedrooms and bathrooms gave our family plenty of space for down time and no waiting for a bathroom or shower! The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need to cook- we made dinner at home most nights. The beds were actually really comfortable and good quality bedding which made for great nights of rest. There were plenty of towels- including beach towels-and the full size washer and dryer made keeping things clean a breeze. We also appreciated the beach chairs and boards to use- saved us money and didn't have to buy things we would just throw out.
  Only problem we had was that golfers on golf course were terrible. They widely hit balls (the condo window was broken when we got there) and they hit the windows and doors many times while we were there. One day we were on the lanai with little children and they hit a ball that flew right past my niece's head. Some would yell sorry, some nothing. Pretty clear lots of tourist who don't play golf are out there hitting around- be careful- this is dangerous. Too bad because the lanai is really nice for relaxing and chicken watching!
  The property management company was easy to access, helpful and kind- very happy with the couple of things we had to communicate with them about.

The suite and property was wheelchair friendly, and well stocked to stay in to cook, and relax.   My family and I, including two kids under the age of 7, stayed at this beautiful condo this summer and LOVED our experience. The condo was clean, well stocked, and wonderfully located. We enjoyed walking to the beach and eating breakfast at Little Fish Coffee and taking a quick drive to Poipu beach. Can't wait to stay here again!

  This was a wonderful unit for our vacation! Plenty of space for 5 adults to move around. The ocean view from the lanai was better than expected and the parking space in front of the unit was a plus. The welcome gift basket was a nice surprise.
  The only downside was the BBQs were far away, not enough paths to easily access them.
  Vacation Realty was very easy to work with, they addressed our concerns promptly. We look forward to working with them for future vacations!

  We would highly recommend this property! It was beautifully located right on the golf course with amazing views of the sunset and ocean in the distance. The property was very clean, nicely decorated and could sleep up to 8 people. It was conveniently located to the ocean and beach...5 min drive! Great places to dine, we loved Pacos Tacos located at the gold course. We loved this place and would highly recommend! We can't wait to go back soon!!
