Hanalei Bay Resort overlooks Hanalei Bay from a tropical, lush 28 acres in Princeville. Beautiful ocean and Bali Hai views are everywhere on this property. Beach access is provided down a long, fair grade, paved path, and the resort staff offer convenient golf cart rides to the beach below. With four new artificial turf and two new hard courts as well as 6 new pickleball courts added to this world ranked tennis resort, everyone is sure to find their groove. Onsite restaurant, pizza oven, and coffee shop, concierge and fitness center, there is little need to ever leave!

Step out onto the spacious lanai and take in the beautiful mountain and ocean view as you sip your relaxing morning coffee. This unit is conveniently located close to the parking lot, pool and amenities. Amazing sunset views from the fire pit area and an onsite bar/lounge for an evening of local music and food. A great place to enjoy your Hawaiian vacation!

  This spot has such an incredible view I didn't appreciate fully until I arrived. You could sit in the bed, relax and just take it in. It was a short and easy walk to the pool, bar, restaurant and incredible sunset views. It was a ten minute walk down to the water but always had the option for a golf cart ride which was amazing. The snorkeling by the water was also soooo worth it! Room was so nice and welcoming, and the kitchenettes was nice for a couple easy meals :)

  Overall we had a great stay! The location and amenities were perfect. The views from the room, pool and beach were spectacular! The room itself had everything we needed - mini kitchen with fridge, washer and dryer and some beach gear (cooler & chairs). The layout of the room provided us with plenty of room for us to unpack and be comfortable. Updates are definitely needed but for the price we paid I’m not complaining. It was clean, comfortable and had AC (a plus). The realty team was VERY helpful and always quick to respond. I definitely recommitting staying at this resort!

  Loved the views from the balcony and all around the property. The resort itself is dated and needs some attention in several areas. The pool is dated, waterfalls not working, and a few other minor things that need attention. With that said, we would stay here again when we return to Kauai. You will not get views like this anywhere else. The waterfalls on the mountains are stunning and you cannot and watch them while sipping your coffee or Mai Tai.
  Our room was comfortable and offered everything we needed, mini kitchen, toaster, blender, washer, dryer, detergent, toiletries and a welcome gift basket. The decor is dated, but who cares! We were on the balcony or walking the property most of the day when on property. Mattress was comfortable.

  What you see in the pictures is what you get. Beautiful big patio with a breathtaking view! Inside living area is like the pictures as well. It is a little dated, but we were not expecting a newly renovated place. The location is perfect! 10 minute drive to town, right next to queens bath and an easy walk to the beach. The restaurant right next door was lovely. We enjoyed a nice dinner and drinks while watching the sunset. The reception staff was very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. I have to say it again, that patio view - WOW! Pour yourself a cup of coffee in the morning and just sit outside and relax!

  We enjoyed our stay at the Hanalei Bay Resorts. This resort has been one of my favorites for many years: however, unit does need updating including ensuring AC unit is properly working. The resort’s hot tub spa was out of order during our stay. The unit was clean and the bed was comfortable but glasses in the unit were a little sticky.

  The unit was just perfect. The views are incredible, we loved having coffee on the lanai and looking out at the mountains and ocean. HBR is a wonderful resort, beautiful grounds, pool, tennis beach. The unit where we stayed is spacious and the kitchenette was well equipped. It was also great to have a washer-dryer in the unit.
