This double studio unit is great for a larger party accommodating up to 6 people! Tile floors throughout is conducive for island living and the newly renovated shower/tub combinations is a nice upgrade completed in 2019. The kitchenette does allow for some cooking options with the two burner cook top as well as making use of the resort's BBQ's as a second option. Two spacious lanais bring a sense of calm to the space with amazing views of the surrounding mountains, palm trees swaying, green foliage and the bright island colors of tropical flowers. This unit is located close to the parking lot and resort amenities such as pool, hot tub, tennis courts and a fire pit seating area. The sounds of the island will play at the bar/lounge onsite as you enjoy the evening away!

  The view, the location, the service. Having two connected rooms side by side is absolutely amazing for families with kids. Keep their mess separate from yours :) . Kitchen is not big but enough to cook meals and the fridge is big enough for a family of 4. THE VIEW. Did I mention the view? Resort staff are available 24/7 by text and very responsive. Having two restaurants and a gift store (coffee shop / beverages) is invaluable. I had to be dragged out of the room to leave :). Yes the furniture is not modern but who cares when you have that view & service! Walk or take a golf cart to the beach. North side of Kauai is just something else. True tropical paradise. MAHALO.

  Really wonderful stay in this condo with an amazing view and a very comfortable bed. Easy drive to the bay and other spots on the north side. Highly recommend! - one issue at check-in: we asked for early check-in since my wife was pregnant and we were a bit tired after travel. The person working at the agency managing this place told us the unit was not ready and cleaners were there. We were parked in front of it and waited, waited. At some point went up and realized the unit was closed and ready. Still, they never let us in until 4pm (we waited for 3hrs) and that woman was dodging my calls at 3pm... Really poor customer service from that agency and personnel. Very disappointing. The hotel management staff on the other hand was very nice and the rest of our stay was perfect. Really unfortunate. Highly recommend agency to look into this...

    Aloha! Our standard check-in time is 4:00 pm. We advise guests to plan accordingly, as we have to schedule cleans during the time the previous guest vacates until the next check-in. We aim to have the condo fresh and clean for the next guest, so early check-in is rarely available to allow ample time for this. We checked into this complaint. Our housekeepers use a tracking app that shows when the condo is cleared for the next guest, and our housekeeper was finished and the condo was ready at 3:29 pm, so the guest just missed her leaving. Office staff left at 3 pm, so calls were not dodged.

  Beautiful rental! Perfect size for my husband and I and two kids. Nice to have 2 connected spaces. Rental clean and appreciated having a washer/dryer. Rental management was very responsive when requests were made. Will definitely go back!

  Beautiful grounds and pool area. Great food, view and service at On site restaurant. My daughter was on crutches and we couldn’t enjoy much so we asked for a golf cart ride to pool. They left us standing there for 20 minutes in the parking lot on crutches and had to call a second time. Frustrating. Room set up was more like two adjoining bedrooms. I expected a two bedroom condo. The kitchenette had cabinet door falling off hinges and put a/c was leaking all over the room so we had to set up a bowl and towels to catch it. Management is very nice to deal with and even left us a welcome basket. I can’t say It would be my first choice in accommodations and I am hoping it was just bad luck and not the way it usually is. My expectations are a little higher for a family experience. This accommodates more like a hotel not a condo in my opinion. Perfect place for a honeymoon couple.

  We loved the views from our two units. The beds are very comfortable. It was nice having the little kitchenette in one unit so we could prepare breakfast and lunch there. We also loved the pool, being able to walk to the beach, and the tennis courts!

  The view is superb. Exactly as the photo. The resort’s amenities (pool, spa...) are amazing. The condo’s kitchen is too minimalist for a family stay of a week. One of the toilets was dripping in the back and stopped flushing. We managed to arrange it. A locked closet containing the owners personal belongings has been f forced by a previous guest.

  First the good, the resort itself is beautiful and the view from the room amazing. From the pics and other review, I knew the place was outdated but I booked it for the view. I could see past this, but could not see past the dirty room. I don't think the room had been cleaned before our arrival as there was a chunk of hair in the shower (on the wall, how could you miss that?), a clump of hair in the bed, the floors were dirty, lanai was sandy, and it had not been dusted. I called twice to talk to someone at Vacation Realty Hawaii but my calls were not returned. I ended up cleaning the place myself b/c we couldn't stand staying in a dirty room. Maybe I should have gone to the front desk, but it was made clear if the room wasn't clean to contact Vacation Realty Hawaii. We stayed in two other places on our vacation that were beautiful and spotless. Nice resort, but find a different unit.
