  Pili Mai 10B is a beautifully furnished 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath condo. I don't think there was anything that we needed that was not furnished. The location was close to the beach, not far from Old Town Koloa, and the view of the golf course was quite peaceful. The swimming pool area was beautiful and quite refreshing after a long hot day of sightseeing...
  My only negative would be that on our checkout day, the A/C seemed to have been turned off and it got quite uncomfortable as we were packing to leave.

  Stayed here for a week with my family and their partners for a family wedding. The space was excellent for four couples. Nice common space and outdoor dining. Ok location although you need a car or bike to get to the ocean. Overall good value.

  PiliMai at Poipu 10B was perfect for our family. We were 5 adults and a 2 & 5 year old. The place was plenty big. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. We ate breakfast at the deck table everyday and dinner in two nights. The pool is perfect especially for the kids. Poipu beach is also kid friendly. I would happily stay here again. Merrimans, Brennecke and the Koloa Rum Train/tasting were highlights.

  This was a beautiful house in a great location. They had so many dishes, pots and pans, glasses etc that you could ever need. Having three beds and three bathrooms was amazing - no one had to wait for the rest of the family. When we arrived the code didn’t work. However, the canister with utensils on the counter was filled with ants and the other canister had dirty utensils. The vents were filled with dust and kicked up our allergies but other than that, it was a great stay.

  We so enjoyed the unit. It was perfect for our group of 8. The layout of the condo could not have been better. Privacy and comfort were key. My wife, who is a gourmet cook, had all she needed in the kitchen....and more.
  Being a moderately sized complex, we were surprised at how quiet it was. The pool was fabulous and made new friends there. We were extremely impressed by the accommodations and beauty of the property.

  We rented this 4br unit with another family (4 adults, 4 kids) - the layout was IDEAL with two master suites downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we needed to cook several times a day and the garage was a treasure trove of beach gear. Super close to Poipu beach, Poipu town, and an easy drive to Lihue and Waimea Canyon.

  Pili Mai 10B was a perfect fit for our family! There were seven of us and we needed 4 bedrooms. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient for our daily excursions. Having the pool and hot tub so close to our location was a bonus. We appreciated being able to walk to Poipu Beach from the condo also. The condo was just as described and was clean. We would highly recommend this condo to a friend. We especially enjoyed seeing the green sea turtles and monk seals at Poipu Beach. We explored every part of the island and enjoyed everything that we saw and did. It was helpful that there were brochures in a notebook in the condo to give us information about the island. Although we didn't need to contact the manager for anything it was nice that they texted us to touch base without being annoying. We would all love to come back and stay in this condo again!

  We had a great time, the property location was fantastic! The unit is gorgeous and has amazing sunsets over the golf course view. We had 7 people and everyone had plenty of room. We had a few small hiccups, property management took care of the issues immediately! My only flaw that I found with the unit was the beds/mattresses were too firm. A memory foam mattress topper or some other topper would have been perfect. For me it was really difficult sleeping on. We loved having the beach chairs, boards, cooler, available in the garage for us to use! The unit is walking distance ( not with beach stuff ), just for a nice walk to Poipu beach park! Lots of turtles and saw a few seals there! Will look into this unit again when we come back to the island.

  We celebrated my daughter's 30th birthday on Kauai and stayed at this lovely condo. This property was the perfect spot for any age; e had babies, elderly adults and young adults. The BBQ and pool was a perfect retreat for in-home dinner and late afternoon dips. It is located within walking distance to Poipu Beach, various shops, food and coffee! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions. The property was stocked with anything and everything we needed. The washer/dryer was a plus and well needed for beach towels. The beach toys, chairs and boogie boards in the garage were a nice surprise. I highly recommend this property to large groups.

  Very nice place, good location, beautiful pool, clean and beautiful grounds. A little dirty in the bathroom upstairs on the floor and corners but not terrible. Bathroom fan broke while we were running it. There were dead bugs on the stairs, but we were in Hawaii, I just picked them up. Other than those things it was nice and well stocked. The living room couch wasn't the most comfortable one we've sat on, but we weren't on it much! I would have liked a little more information about some of the things to do and see around us with maybe a map, but we managed! Loved our stay!

  Pili Mai at Poipu was just what we wanted! It was clean and beautiful and convenient to all that we wanted to do. Shopping was close by, and so were restaurants. Every morning we either walked or drove to Ship Wreck Beach to see the most gorgeous sunrises. And we found Salt Pond Beach for our beautiful sunsets! We went on a Rum Tour that was very cool, atv rides, sunset cruise and raft trip to Nepali Coast. highly recommended!!
