  This is a beautiful property! The place is very clean, as shown in the VRBO photos. Location is good, not right on the beach but close to it. The condo is spacious, roomy, and very comfortable. Seemed very new! We really enjoyed the lanai and spent a lot of time out there. Pool area is great, and BBQs located around the resort were a plus. The unit is what we expected based on the review rate. We found everything we needed and really enjoyed our 7-day stay there!

  This condo was the perfect place for our family of six. The condo has a great layout, lots of room, is updated and has a great dining table on the lanai. It was private yet close enough to easily walk to the pool, hot tub and workout room. We could also walk to restaurants, shops & the beach.   Pro’s: clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable beds, good location, beach towels, boogie boards, snorkel gear, cooler, easy access and check in, large washer and dryer, great property manager got back to us quickly.
  
  Cons: smoke alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. Changed battery and obviously there was no fire. No book giving instructions or recommendations about hours at pool or surrounding attractions etc.

  Well kept condo in safe and convenient location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but beach was a little far (we drove). Golf course next door looked nice, we didn't use it. Only issues with the unit were: 1)beach umbrella in pictures is no longer in unit, would have really liked to have one as the sun is strong! 2)AC is not as strong in the front bedroom, they did offer additional fan. 3)dishwasher was hard to turn on, had to use an internet hack. We were there on a weekend so they couldn't get anyone out to service it, but hopefully fixed after we left. These were minor issues, overall had a great stay!

  The property location was in a great location in Poipu. The condo unit was not very clean for having a cleaning fee. Besides the cleanliness, we would recommend staying here with the rosters and hens, they make for a good time. Close to shops, food and the beach which makes things easy when traveling with a large group.

  Excellent location with all the necessary amenities. The portable cooler, beach chairs, and boogie boards were a definite plus! Condo is well-designed for families and clean. My teenage daughter and sons were very happy with having their own bathrooms. The only suggestion I’d give is for the condo to come with a beach canopy/umbrellas.

  Overall, very nice property, with good location, nice pool/spa, kitchen well appointed and bedrooms very comfortable. Access to boogie boards, ice chest, and snorkeling equipt was helpful.
  Some inside dining chairs require replacement and lighting fixtures in need of repair.
  Nearby restaurant and shopping was very nice and hitting Poipu beach was excellent for snorkeling and surfing.

  Great place. Good location. We even had the lock malfunction when we were trying to get back in and couldn’t get it open. The on call person was able to remotely open it and trouble shoot it and then gave us the code to the key box just in case, which we used due to some malfunctions. Close proximity to good and shopping, we even walked a few times.

  We enjoyed our stay in Poipu at Pili Mai 12D. The location was off of the beach, but about a 10 minute walk to get down there. the Condo was spacious and well equipped overall, though kitchen utensils were a bit sparse. The only addition we would have considered essential is oven mitts. we baked a brownie mix one evening for the kids and realized when the timer went off there weren't any oven mitts (that we could find).

  Clean and spacious condo with a great private layout. Having one bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. Kitchen was well appointed and ready for cooking a nice meal. Our only suggestion is to improve the living room seating. The sectional is not very comfortable and there wasn't enough room to sit for our party of six.

  What a lovely, cozy, and quiet place tucked away near Koloa town. We were a film crew from Honolulu on island for few days. By lodging together, cooking together and dining together with home-cooked food we not only saved a huge amount in production costs but also were able to debrief on the day and plan to next altogether while wrapped within a beautiful envelope of clean and comfortable island design. This place is wonderful and I would return here on work or otherwise.
