Perfect for families who want to get away, or a couple looking for space. The living and dining areas are spacious and breezy so your whole family will feel comfortable. Spacious kitchen for cooking amazing meals and the lanai looks out over Ocean Ocean Ocean, with a great view of our surf in the winter months and amazing sunsets every night.

  We greatly enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday. Our family of eight had plenty of room. The large kitchen was nice. Unfortunately the oven still was not working but we were able to work with the countertop oven. My biggest concern was for the four people sleeping on the two hide-a-beds but they were very comfortable and no complaints were heard.

  I stayed at the unit for three nights! Here is my honest sharing that might help people prepare for their vacation.
  Pros: The location is perfect, ocean front and we enjoyed the sounds of waves days and nights.
  The living room is so spacious with view of the ocean.
  Large kitchen with lots of cooking gadgets to use, not organized and I spent little time to arrange it so easy to find the cooking utensils!
  Master bedroom has a good view, spacious with large bathroom to fit a couple!
  Cons:
  The second bedroom is tiny, and very stuffy! Can't open the window since it's lower level and lot of bushes by the window! The closet filled with vacuum, brooms and other household and I don't like to see them in the bedroom!
  The Bed is Full size instead of Queen size as described so it's tiny!
  Plus it's smell like molding and not so healthy.
  The floor is not very cleaned, so I wipes the whole house with wet towel to keep our barely feet clean.
  The lanai is very nice but not useful at this time due to lot of mosquitoes!
  There are some snorkeling sets in the chest in the lanai but all filled with sands and not cleaned after they used so they're not useful!
  
  Plus, the property owner should have the beach nearby recommended to guests since we're new to the area.
  I found Hanalei Bay Beach Park the very last day and we really enjoyed it! It's very helpful if they have printed and leave on the kitchen counter like other places that I stayed.
  There is a Beach open to the public right next to The Regis Hotel but it's rocky plus a long hide down and back!
  Overall, it's a very nice place to stay but not the BEST at this time due to the construction around the building.....

  This condo was perfect for our family of 5 (3 teens). We had plenty of room to spread out and the condo was clean and beautiful with gorgeous views! We used the pool briefly several times and it was quiet and relaxing. We hiked down the short path to the beach several times also and it was our favorite beach! We loved how close we were to Hanalei town and went there for dinner multiple times. We would highly recommend!

  We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for a few days while on Kauai as well and we much preferred this condo!!!! It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you might need for a wonderful vacation! We slept like babies thanks to the oh so comfortable bed (we only used the master) and the black out shades. The location is ideal to see everything there is to see on the north side of the island, including the best snorkeling at Hideaways Beach on the shore right below.(although a bit of a hike to be honest, it was worth it) They also provided beach gear that you could use. The views are never ending. We moved the 2 chairs right in front of the big sliders and just sat there every day watching the sunrises and sunsets. It was absolutely perfect!!!!

  We loved out stay at Puu Poa 113. The location is excellent for the North side as this is our favorite part of Kauai. Views here were spectacular. Accommodations were clean and well kept. Beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella were there for our use. Can't wait to come back.

  This home was amazing! The only thing we wish we had was a grill. The beaches are a short hike away and well worth every effort to get to. We would grab Poke from Foodland and make a pot of rice for dinner. So much to do and see here....but just enjoying the view everyday is worth the stay in this home.

  Amazing views!!! Unit was nicely furnished and you could tell majority of it was updated. Beds were very comfortable and bed linens were nice. We LOVED our stay very much! Slider needs to be replaced as it is falling apart. It would be very helpful to have a small gas bbq grill on the patio to grill. A small binder/book with restaurants, grocery, shops, walkable beaches, etc and paper map of the island would be very beneficial as well. Unit was clean, but seemed to be have failed with dusting since there were cobwebs around the windows and spider with webs that we took care of inside the unit. Pool was great, location was beyond wonderful. Laundry detergent in the unit was a huge plus for us, thank you! The sounds of the waves and views are seriously postcard perfect! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We loved it so much!

  We loved this accommodation with its spectacular views of the ocean. We were excited to see whales several times starting the first day we were there (bring binoculars). The sound of the surf was the perfect backdrop to our stay. Waking up in this place made us feel good. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Please know that management is serious about check-in time, seemingly unnecessarily so.

  The view was stunning! We were right on a cliff facing the ocean. There was a great view from the living room and the master bedroom. The place itself was very spacious and clean.   We really enjoyed our stay at Puu Poa 113. Spacious layout easily accommodated our group of 6. Well stocked kitchen was easy to prepare meals in, particularly since you have to wait 2-3 hours to eat out. Gorgeous location on bluff overlooking the Pacific. Hope to stay here again on future trips.

  The views from this unit are incredible! I spent hours in the living room gazing out to waves crashing on the rocks below. My family of 4 had more than enough space to spread out and relax.
