Very spacious, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town home is beautifully decorated in neutral colors and presents a true island flare from rich deep wood tones, carvings that help depict a tropical theme and artwork displaying landmarks familiar to our island. Beautifully upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and much more. The attached garage (you can only park one vehicle in garage, although you can get a parking pass for an additional vehicle) leads to direct access to the home for convenience and ease. The tropical grounds will set the scene with swaying palm trees, a pool with water features and a spacious BBQ area for outdoor cooking. You will feel right at home with everything you will need to make your stay in paradise extra special. A perfect getaway!

  Great stay! Everything was comfortable and clean. Loved being able to go to the hot tub and pool that was a quick walk from the condo. Having A/C was a huge plus as the temperature was quite warm the first couple days of our stay. Would suggest putting some hooks on the walls of the bedroom that has a locked closet as well as a privacy screen in the room with a twin bed. Other than that, keep doing what you're doing, Vacation Realty! Thanks.

  We have been to Kauai before and we have stayed in this condo complex (Nihilani) before, but this is the first time we have stayed in this particular unit, 33A, and the first time we have rented through Vacation Realty Hawaii.
  
  Our family of 6 adults were very happy and comfortable here. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. The condo is large, and the location is private, quiet, and close to the pool. There is a shared driveway with two other condos, so it is mandatory that you park in the garage to prevent blocking the garages of the other condos. As others have said, the condo owner's jeep is in the garage, so there is only room for parking one car. We rented a Honda Pilot and it fit in the garage. I found that backing the car into the garage was easier for entering and exiting the garage. It was not a problem.
  
  During our stay Stephanie from Vacation Realty Hawaii came to condo for an issue. Stephanie was very nice and very kind. We enjoyed talking with her.
  
  We are grateful and appreciative to have stayed here. We would definitely stay here again. We would also rent through Vacation Realty Hawaii again. Vacation Realty Hawaii made the process easy, and they returned our security deposit on time. Thank you.

  This property is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It is well equipped with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and such. It has a laundry room and nice kitchen. It is near a pool and hot tub. It is close to a grocery store.

Nice house, unfortunately some things were broken (microwave, some lights, dishwasher did not really clean), housekeeping did not clean very well, garage is to small for big SUVs, nevertheless overall a great stay

  Overall experience was OK. Would have been great if a couple of things were different.
  Liked that the unit slept 7 - was a factor in renting this unit over similar units that only slept 6. Things that would have made the stay better: The upstairs tub had trouble draining. Master suite shower also had trouble draining - and this caused the caulk in the shower to be dark and mildewed. Very gross. The carpet downstairs needs replacing, it had many dirty marks on it. There was another dirty spot in the carpet at the top of the stairs. Was surprised there was so much carpet in such a humid place - makes it hard to keep up, I would guess. Chairs around circular table were way old, and some were broken. Really sunk down when sat on a couple of the chairs. Felt underneath and they had no support. Went to great lengths to highlight 7 towels, wash clothes, but there were no dish towels - just paper towels. Would think adding a couple of dish towels would help. Reached out to the management company about parking for a separate vehicle, they got back to me by text promptly. Would only recommend to a friend who needed to sleep 7, but only if the shower, tub, chairs and carpet were fixed or changed. If was in same condition next time I would not recommend to a friend as the problems outlined made the stay less satisfying.

  Great place, quiet neighborhood and very close to the pool and hot tub area. There's also a grocery store, gas station and a couple shops just outside the neighborhood. Near Queen's Bath and just a 10 minutes drive down to Hanalei Bay, the picturesque beach town with lots of shops and views. Honestly my favorite beach of the island.
  In the garage they had beach chairs, a cooler, large canopy for shade, an umbella (on its last leg), some goggles for snorkeling and a few body boards.
  I will have to say, the surf boards in the pictures incentivized me to pick this specific place over another because we wouldn't have to rent any surf boards for the week. Sounds great... Only to find out we aren't allowed to use them because they are the owners. Misleading for sure.
  Besides that, the place was very clean, property managers were responsive and kind. They also gave us a parking pass for the second vehicle we had, put out a pack n' play, and a high chair or our 2 year old.
  Overall, great trip.

  I have stayed at Nihilani at Princeville 9 times in different units. We chose 33A due to the number of people (5) that were traveling. Overall the unit was great and fit out needs. A couple of disappointments, though and should be corrected. Owner's jeep was in the garage. We had a mini van and it made it difficult to park get in/out of the van. The bathroom showers all had mildew in them which is unacceptable and easy to remediate. Upon arrival 2 of our beds had no top sheet and we had to call -- they only fixed one of the beds. Also the living room couch is very uncomfortable.

  Our family spent the Holidays in Kauai and this was a perfect home to stay together. Nice garden view off the back porch (quiet and lots of birds chirping) to have your morning coffee. The unit was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience!

  We have stayed in Nihilani before, so we were aware of the good location and space provided there. The condo was very roomy and had items that we needed for occasional cooking. Checking in and out was easy, and we liked having a code to get in, and not having to worry about a key. The condo itself was very clean, but the carpet is badly stained and needs to be replaced. Also, some towels were missing from the inventory, and after emailing and calling, I didn't receive a reply for over 24 hours. The TV came with 3 remotes and there were no instructions provided, which would have been helpful, as we had difficulty in the beginning. I would recommend this property,as it worked well for our family in the long run.
