Very spacious, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town home is beautifully decorated in neutral colors and presents a true island flare from rich deep wood tones, carvings that help depict a tropical theme and artwork displaying landmarks familiar to our island. Beautifully upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and much more. The attached garage (you can only park one vehicle in garage, although you can get a parking pass for an additional vehicle) leads to direct access to the home for convenience and ease. The tropical grounds will set the scene with swaying palm trees, a pool with water features and a spacious BBQ area for outdoor cooking. You will feel right at home with everything you will need to make your stay in paradise extra special. A perfect getaway!

  Very clean, well-equipped kitchen. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We arrived at night and the house numbers are not well lit so we had a little trouble finding the unit. Communication with the property management was great.
  
  The Airbnb listing had some discrepancies in the number of bathrooms. In one place it said 2.5 baths, another said 3. There are actually 2.5. The den which has a trundle bed in it has no doors and is at the top of the stairs so there is no privacy. This should be disclosed or better yet, install a curtain rod or provide a folding screen.
  
  A few minor maintenance issues. Sliding doors and their screens downstairs and MBR were extremely hard to open. Maybe the tracks need to be cleaned or lubricated. Neither of the doors had working locks. 2 of the 7 beach chairs were broken. Patio furniture was rusty. Smoke detector in one of the bedrooms was removed from the ceiling and placed in a drawer. We still had a wonderful vacation. I brought these issues to your attention just so you can make future guest experiences even better.

  This vacation rental was exactly what we were hoping for and more! You can tell it is well maintained and cared for the minute you step inside. The decor was really nice and everything felt clean. There were plenty of bathroom towels/hand towels/washcloths. The beach towels were also big & nice. So glad we had access to the in-unit washer & dryer with detergent provided. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch, and we loved how close the pool was to the unit. Access to the beach amenities were really convenient...beach chairs, cooler & boogie boards. We were also happy to have a garage parking space. Great experience overall, and we would love to stay here in the future!

  Nice condo, all as described. Each of the 3 bedrooms is comfortable (each has one bed). The "den" has a bed, but no door, so that has to be factored into your sleeping decision. The grounds and pool facilities are nice and well maintained. 3 grills at the pool area, which is relatively close to this condo.

  Great stay! Everything was comfortable and clean. Loved being able to go to the hot tub and pool that was a quick walk from the condo. Having A/C was a huge plus as the temperature was quite warm the first couple days of our stay. Would suggest putting some hooks on the walls of the bedroom that has a locked closet as well as a privacy screen in the room with a twin bed.   Great place, quiet neighborhood and very close to the pool and hot tub area. There's also a grocery store, gas station and a couple shops just outside the neighborhood. Near Queen's Bath and just a 10 minutes drive down to Hanalei Bay, the picturesque beach town with lots of shops and views. Honestly my favorite beach of the island.
  In the garage they had beach chairs, a cooler, large canopy for shade, an umbella (on its last leg), some goggles for snorkeling and a few body boards.
  I will have to say, the surf boards in the pictures incentivized me to pick this specific place over another because we wouldn't have to rent any surf boards for the week. Sounds great... Only to find out we aren't allowed to use them because they are the owners. Misleading for sure.
  Besides that, the place was very clean, property managers were responsive and kind. They also gave us a parking pass for the second vehicle we had, put out a pack n' play, and a high chair or our 2 year old.
  Overall, great trip.

  We have stayed in Nihilani before, so we were aware of the good location and space provided there. The condo was very roomy and had items that we needed for occasional cooking. Checking in and out was easy, and we liked having a code to get in, and not having to worry about a key. The condo itself was very clean, but the carpet is badly stained and needs to be replaced. Also, some towels were missing from the inventory, and after emailing and calling, I didn't receive a reply for over 24 hours. The TV came with 3 remotes and there were no instructions provided, which would have been helpful, as we had difficulty in the beginning. I would recommend this property,as it worked well for our family in the long run.
