Very spacious, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom town home is beautifully decorated in neutral colors and presents a true island flare from rich deep wood tones, carvings that help depict a tropical theme and artwork displaying landmarks familiar to our island. Beautifully upgraded with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and much more. The attached garage (you can only park one vehicle in garage, although you can get a parking pass for an additional vehicle) leads to direct access to the home for convenience and ease. The tropical grounds will set the scene with swaying palm trees, a pool with water features and a spacious BBQ area for outdoor cooking. You will feel right at home with everything you will need to make your stay in paradise extra special. A perfect getaway!

  We were thoroughly impressed with our stay. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and spacious, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were comfy making it feel like a home away from home. This unit is near the entrance and the pool making for easy access. We encountered a minor inconvenience with parking, as guest parking is limited to 6 hours or less, which posed a challenge for our second car. Despite this, the overall experience was great, and we would certainly consider staying here again.

  This vacation rental was exactly what we were hoping for and more! You can tell it is well maintained and cared for the minute you step inside. The decor was really nice and everything felt clean. There were plenty of bathroom towels/hand towels/washcloths. The beach towels were also big & nice. So glad we had access to the in-unit washer & dryer with detergent provided. The welcome gift basket was a nice touch, and we loved how close the pool was to the unit. Access to the beach amenities were really convenient...beach chairs, cooler & boogie boards. We were also happy to have a garage parking space. Great experience overall, and we would love to stay here in the future!

  Nice condo, all as described. Each of the 3 bedrooms is comfortable (each has one bed). The "den" has a bed, but no door, so that has to be factored into your sleeping decision. The grounds and pool facilities are nice and well maintained. 3 grills at the pool area, which is relatively close to this condo.

  Great stay! Everything was comfortable and clean. Loved being able to go to the hot tub and pool that was a quick walk from the condo. Having A/C was a huge plus as the temperature was quite warm the first couple days of our stay. Would suggest putting some hooks on the walls of the bedroom that has a locked closet as well as a privacy screen in the room with a twin bed. Other than that, keep doing what you're doing, Vacation Realty! Thanks.

  Lovely condo in a really beautiful surrounding. Great pool, very quite, perfect for families. Nice house, unfortunately some things were broken (microwave, some lights, dishwasher did not really clean), housekeeping did not clean very well, garage is to small for big SUVs, nevertheless overall a great stay

  Great place, quiet neighborhood and very close to the pool and hot tub area. There's also a grocery store, gas station and a couple shops just outside the neighborhood. Near Queen's Bath and just a 10 minutes drive down to Hanalei Bay, the picturesque beach town with lots of shops and views. Honestly my favorite beach of the island.
  In the garage they had beach chairs, a cooler, large canopy for shade, an umbella (on its last leg), some goggles for snorkeling and a few body boards.
  I will have to say, the surf boards in the pictures incentivized me to pick this specific place over another because we wouldn't have to rent any surf boards for the week. Sounds great... Only to find out we aren't allowed to use them because they are the owners. Misleading for sure.
  Besides that, the place was very clean, property managers were responsive and kind. They also gave us a parking pass for the second vehicle we had, put out a pack n' play, and a high chair or our 2 year old.
  Overall, great trip.

  Very nice house. Very clean and centrally located in Princeville. 5-10 minute drive to Hanalie (great little town to shop and eat.) Only issue we had was water pressure is low, but I imagine that is common throughout the island.

  Our family spent the Holidays in Kauai and this was a perfect home to stay together. Nice garden view off the back porch (quiet and lots of birds chirping) to have your morning coffee. The unit was quite spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was a wonderful experience!

  We enjoyed our stay at Nihilani 33a. The pictures shown on the website are a good representation of the unit. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need.   We have stayed in Nihilani before, so we were aware of the good location and space provided there. The condo was very roomy and had items that we needed for occasional cooking. Checking in and out was easy, and we liked having a code to get in, and not having to worry about a key. The condo itself was very clean, but the carpet is badly stained and needs to be replaced. Also, some towels were missing from the inventory, and after emailing and calling, I didn't receive a reply for over 24 hours. The TV came with 3 remotes and there were no instructions provided, which would have been helpful, as we had difficulty in the beginning. I would recommend this property,as it worked well for our family in the long run.
