Hanalei Bay Resort overlooks Hanalei Bay from a tropical, lush 28 acres in Princeville. Beautiful ocean and Bali Hai views are everywhere on this property. Beach access is provided down a long, fair grade, paved path, and the resort staff offer convenient golf cart rides to the beach below.

Located at the private end of the resort, this spacious two bedroom two bath condo has views that display Kauai at its finest! The full kitchen will accommodate meal preparation and the BBQ area is quite close by! The large living area has a trundle bed (two twins) and the sofa also folds out into a queen sleeper. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach cooler. The resort has many amenities to keep you busy, some to include, on site bar/lounge, 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, a fire pit arena, tennis and pickle ball courts and a fitness center. Furthermore the direct beach access is a bonus and is rare for Princeville complexes. Kauai is home to miles of amazing pristine beaches and a whole array of fun activities such as kayaking, golfing, zip lining, surfing, hiking and much more.

Resort Roof Replacement project September - November 2024. Please be advised there will be unavoidable construction noise for the duration of the project. Work will be completed Monday through Friday from 9:00AM - 5:00PM.

  We loved coming back and waking up to that stunning view. The resort is beautiful, however, be prepared for many hills to walk up and down. However, the resort offers bellmen to take you to and from places. We really appreciated how this place included everything we could think of more than we could have expected for imagined. Only piece of feedback is that there were a lot of bugs in the unit and the A/C units would not shut off in unit 7201 even after following the instructions listed. We were also unclear if there were any specific check out instructions as well. Otherwise, we would love to stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know! :)

  Arriving from a long plane flight it was amazing to arrive at a rental condo with everything a family could desire. We knew flying to Kauai we wanted to snorkel so we brought our own but when we arrived there were masks and snorkels available to be used along with all the beach supplies a family could want including chairs, umbrella, blanket, and beach toys. Hanalei Bay Resort is always beautiful, and the location of the Condo provides better sunset views then the location the resort made to observe sunsets. The kitchen supplies were amazing also with everything you need to cook the only thing lacking were spices, but they did provide plenty of salt and pepper. I would use this again for sure. The management company was easy to work with and were in constant contact throughout the trip to make sure everything was working properly and even dropped off a broom so we could sweep the floor in a timely manner.

  This unit was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped, it was spacious and very nice to have a king in the second bedroom. The HBR property gorgeous, as usual. We enjoyed Happy Talk and time at the pool. The location of this unit has its plusses and minuses. On the up-side--very quiet, private and away from the pools, restaurant, tennis courts, etc. That can also be on the down-side! It was a long, up-hill walk to any of those places. Fine for our younger relatives, not so great for someone with bad knees. The carts did not always make it to us in a timely manor and we had quite a bit of rain, so the hill was an issue. The view was okay, but not nearly as nice as buildings 8 & 9, where we have stayed before. We are spoiled.

  The property is very near perfect with spectacular views and extremely attentive staff and well maintained and beautiful grounds. It would be nice if they reopened the full service restaurant and also had a small convenience store on site.
