  We recently stayed here and only have good things to say about this rental! There ended up being 5 of us that stayed and the place is so well laid out so everyone had their own space, bathrooms and TV (which was hard to find with the other units in this complex). The unit was so spacious, clean and very well stocked including beach towels for everyone. The garage also chairs, snorkelling masks, boogie boards etc to use. This unit is also steps from the pool and the outdoor BBQs. The rental company was also at your fingertips via text if you had any questions or concerns. We would highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a place to accommodate your guests and for people to have their own space:)

  Our family (2 adults, 4 teens) loved our experience with Condo 5C in the Pili Mai complex near Poipu Beach. This unit was spotless, appeared to be brand new, and had perfect touches to make us feel comfortable. With a nice welcome basket and a spacious floorplan, central A/C (or a lovely cross-breeze from the lanai to the front door), a beautiful kitchen and comfortable beds and pillows, this was the most inviting and comfortable condo our family has stayed in. The condo complex has a lovely swimming pool, an adequate exercise area, and felt safe and quiet with a mix of residents and renters. -- We enjoyed breakfast on the lanai, running on trails right outside the complex, shopping and dining in the nearby shopping centers, and being so close to Poipu Beach and its sea turtles; this was a true oasis for our family. -- We hope to return, as this was a true gem of a property; mahalo for sharing this lovely home with us!

  My family had a great stay! The condo was very roomy, well equipped, and exceptionally clean when we arrived. Any questions we had were promptly responded to and addressed. It was very quiet for our entire stay. There is a nice pool and hot tub in the condo complex. It was a good central location to explore the island and within walking distance of the beach. Our Nissan Rouge fit nicely in the garage but I don’t think a large SUV/pickup truck would fit so if you plan on having a large vehicle, count on parking outside.

  This is an incredibly well appointed condo in Poipu Beach. They have thought of nearly everything - down to the Kauai travel books, ziploc bags and a few spices.   We loved this property, it was clean and well maintained. The views were spectacular! The kitchen and bathrooms where well stocked and clean. It is within walking distance to a beautiful golf course. The only complaint is the garage door key pad stopped working and we had a slight issue getting that resolved.   It worked out pretty good for our group/stay. We had six adults and everyone appreciated the three full bathrooms! The main living space is a good size and we never felt crowded. The beds and linens were comfortable and the place was pretty clean, except for the bedroom drawers having hair and crumbs in them, the patio furniture covered in bird poop, and the stain on the area floor rug. The kitchen and showers were very clean. The AC throughout the entire unit was great; however, the AC that was located in the master closet was buzzing pretty loud every time it came on. I contacted the office about the noise. They got back to me very quickly and said they will find someone available and get back to me about setting up a time. . . . they never got back to me or fixed the issue. So that was disappointing. A week before our stay we extended our stay by a day, so we paid extra; however, they must have not updated their checkout system because we got locked out of the unit. I was freaking out a bit because we had limited time to shower, pack, and make it to the airport. Luckily they answered within the first call and gave us a new code for the door. The other very confusing aspect to our stay was the address and door code. The address listed on Vrbo did not match the address that was emailed to us. They also gave us two different door codes, just use the most recent door code and that should work. It would be great if they provided a map of the neighborhood because all the condos look the same and the building/unit numbers are not lit, so when you're arriving late at night it's complicated to figure out where to go. It was about a 15 min walk to the beach. They provided beach towels and beach chairs which were amazing! We used those items every day. The bike in the garage is rusted and has flat tires, and no pump. Overall it was a good stay, nothing is perfect and the little hiccups along the way didn't get in the way of us having a good time

  My husband and I booked this condo for our family with 5 kids ranging from 7-16. Traveling with this many kids was a little nerve wracking to say the least, but this condo was perfect for our family. We had all of the comforts of home and amenities that also allowed us to save a lot of money. The full kitchen allowed us to have all breakfasts and most dinners in the condo which saved us a ton. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack light and avoid checking bags. The garage is also stocked with beach gear including chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. We used the gym daily and the pool and hot tub between beach visits. The community is very quiet and well kept. There’s a cute shopping center with a few restaurants, shops and a Starbucks within walking distance. I took morning runs to the beach, but it’s a 5 minute drive to Poipu beach where we saw several sea turtles and monk seals. If you’re traveling with family, I highly recommend checking out this awesome property!

  The condo was perfect for our group of 5 people and located in a great spot for exploring the south shore area. The only minor complaints would be the little plastic reminder signs posted throughout the condo (a binder with all the rules, etc. would be sufficient and less obtrusive), and the outside dining table which takes up most of the patio space (it's almost unneccesary with the inside table and the space would be more relaxing with some ottomans and loungers instead).

  When we got to the condo the inside was as described and pictures showed. Very updated appliances, furniture and paint. Pool was very convenient and maintained. Had a 1 car garage and parking spot very close to the condo. The boogie boards, beach towels, sand toys and games made for a great time with the kids. Very close to great beaches, very good food and access to stores and gas. Great area for good safe walks/runs. Trash and recycling was very convenient as well. We did not have to call for anything concerning the unit, but did have a couple questions and answers were prompt and always pleasant. The 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths was a great thing. would definitely go back.

  This condo was perfect for our family. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. The bedrooms are spaced out and everyone had their own bathroom. The condo comes with all the things you need (beach chairs, coolers, ice packs). The covered deck area was a great place to have dinner or your morning coffee. It's centrally located to restaurants, shopping and Poipu beach. We would definitely recommend this condo! Only negative which has nothing to do with the condo itself, is the hot tub for the development was broken the entire time during our visit, which was disappointing.

  The best vacation house so far. I lived in many other vacation houses, including some of the premium brand like grand hyatt, ritz carlton, Sheraton, etc. I would say this property is the best. It is clean. It has all the facility we need for vacations. It even includes surfboard, sand toy, beach chairs, etc. The location is excellent too. Definitely the highest recommendation to anyone who wants to visit Kauai.
