  We had a wonderful time staying at this location. It completely fit my family, we had everything we needed. I do wish they had one thing in the home: I wish there was a binder with everything we needed to know, including how to use the TV's and their remotes, and what we do if something isn't working. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Would for sure stay again.

  We have been coming to Kauai for 20 years, but this was our first stay on the southern end of the island. I can’t wait to come back! We loved the accommodations and floor plan of the condo. Four adults and two teens and you could have peaceful time to yourself or plenty of room to gather together. The beds were the most comfortable of our month long trip and my husband is still complaining that I didn’t get the brand name of the pillows!

  We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The layout is great for multiple or large families and the second floor and balcony provide great views of the mountains and the ocean. The community pool and gym are close and really great, too. However, as someone who runs a vacation rental, the place could really be much better stocked - particularly for a fairly expensive, three-bedroom condo. There were no more than 8 plates and pieces of silverware, no food storage containers, and we had to reach out to the property manager several times for very basic supplies. It was also not as clean as it should be given the newness and cost of the condo. Overall, great unit that could be even better with some additions/improvements.

  We had a great stay at Pili Mai. The unit was like-new and was the perfect size for our family of five. Kitchen items, linens, and beach supplies were all well stocked.
  
  The neighborhood is a quick 15-minute walk to the beach and 5-minute drive to Kukui'ula shops and Old Koloa.
  
  The unit could have been a bit cleaner and the pool was definitely on the smaller side for a complex this big. Lots of kids running around but overall a nice amenity.
  
  I would definitely recommend this stay for families looking for a good size, newer construction unit on the south shore!

  We had a wonderful experience for our first visit to Hawaii. The stay at Pilai Mai in Poipu was fantastic. Great location to experience the island. Beaches are close by and the village market shopping plaza at the end of the road made it easy to get anything we needed including great food options. The home was clean and well stocked for a family of 4. The rental company even combined the twin beds to make a huge bed for our daughter. The company is very responsive and we would consider staying here again when we come back for a visit.

  This is the second time we've stayed at this unit. It has plenty of space, great views, and a great location. The unit was clean and the wifi worked great. We love Pili Mai and the unit is close to the community pool. Our only minor issue was there is not enough utensils and kitchen ware. We primarily do our cooking at the unit and always have issues finding tupperware or something to store the left overs. If you plan to BBQ, there are several residential propane BBQ's throughout the complex. If you're able to get it going you'll need some BBQ utensils.

  The location of this rental was perfect for us. We had easy access to the things we wanted to experience on the island. The rental was very clean and stocked with all the things we might need.   We really enjoyed this condo, location was great, the proximity to the pool was excellent, and it was clean and modern. There could have been a few more dishes to accommodate several meals without having to wash or run the dishwasher, but besides that the place was well stocked. The only complaint is that the key code did not work when we arrived and the new code we were given did not work either so we were several days without a key code and only the single key in the lockbox, which is a pain when there are people coming and going all day long. The rental company was great, and easy to work with, but they did give us incorrect information about late check out, which was frustrating and cost us more money than expected. They also did not keep the code on for our late check out and we were back to using the lockbox key for the last day we were there. Damage deposit also took a long time to be refunded (currently still waiting for it 17 days after we left).

  Condo was spacious, comfortable, great layout and near lots of great excursions. Parking lot and garage were tight - something to consider if you are renting a larger vehicle. Poipu beach was great snorkeling, Acai bowls at Little fish and ice cream at Lapperts were yummy! Easy drive to north end and to Port Allen Marina.

  We just spent some time at this home.The home was as shown in the photos and we were very happy with the layout and the amenities. We cooked many of our meals and the kitchen was nicely stocked.There were crumbs, cheerios in the couch and hand prints on the windows from the previous renters but other than that, the home was clean. It is a short 10 minute walk to the shopping mall and about 20 minute walk to the beach. We hope to visit again in the near future.

  Was a great unit to stay at!. Was well equipped with beach stuff for adults and kids. Located right near the pool as well which is also extremely nice. Very clean unit with comfortable beds and lots of cooking supplies. 5-10 min walk to the shops and restaurants. 15 min to the beach or 5 min drive to a few different options.   This was an ideal spot for our family to celebrate one of those wedding anniversaries ending in zero. The open living area and kitchen were sunny, and the outdoor porch was a good place to watch the sunrise. The three bedrooms were all separated which allowed for some degree of privacy. The location was within walking distance of the beach and a small shopping area, and midway between day trips to the West Side and North Shore.

  First, I am from Portland Oregon, not Portland PA. This condo and the community are very nice. The condo is close to the community pool, but if you want the beach, it’s a bit of a walk or short drive. The place is spacious and being on the second floor, quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Nice gift basket waiting when you walk-in. Well stocked garage with beach implements. That said, some simple things made it less than perfect. Frying pans are horrible and need replacing. I asked about soap and shampoo and conditioner and salt and pepper and was assured it was provided. Didn’t bring any and of course when we arrived the soap was a mini size bar and shampoo was a small hotel bottle size. Instructions for the TV would have been helpful as we spent way too much time figuring that out. The management company never once responded to a our phone Call or Emails I sent concerning issues we had that we eventually resolved on our own. Not even an acknowledgment that they were glad we figured it out. In the master bath, very poor lighting for make up and no full length mirrors any where. Lastly, they could put two trash cans in the kitchen, one for recycling and one for garbage.otherwise you end up pulling the recycling out of garbage. While it may seem like nit-picking, it’s these small details that keep me from giving this a 5 star rating. Enjoyed the place, and would go back, but the stay would have been nicer had these things been remedied.
